Responsible for...Usability Testing | Information Architecture
At Schneider Electric, I conducted and created usability tests to be administered by online companies like Userzoom, Optimal Workshop, Optimizely, and Usertesting.com. These companies would recruit test participants based on my criteria and record the tests. I would pull the information from these videos to establish test results and make UX design recommendations based on them. I worked on many different screens and sections of Schneider Electrics U.S., U.K., and French websites as well as their MySE app. The screens above are meant to show some Schneider Electric pages similar to those I worked on. I may or may not have worked on those exact screens.
